Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.

2. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, email, or social media.

While we strive to accommodate all requested appointment times, appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by Bro's Detailing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information when booking.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy staining

  • Excessive dirt or mud

  • Mold, biohazards, or other special cleaning requirements

  • Additional requested services

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website.

Failure to make payment may result in additional collection efforts or legal action where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may require a deposit before future bookings.

Bro's Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage.

  • Disclose any sensitive aftermarket modifications or special instructions.

We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

7. Vehicle Condition

Some stains, scratches, odors, paint defects, oxidation, water spots, or interior damage may be permanent and cannot be completely removed.

While we use professional products and techniques, we cannot guarantee every imperfection can be corrected.

8. Ceramic Coatings and Paint Correction

Results depend on the current condition of the vehicle.

Proper maintenance is required to maximize coating performance and longevity.

Warranty information, if applicable, will be provided separately.

9. Mobile Detailing

For mobile appointments, customers must provide:

  • Safe access to the vehicle

  • Adequate working space

  • Compliance with any neighborhood or property restrictions

Certain services may require access to electricity or water unless otherwise arranged.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
